Welp, my app is off and running. They should already have it since I sent it overnight, so now it's just a matter of waiting 4 my testing date/place. Being visually impaired and since I will need a couple of accommodations during the testing such as wearing the telescopic glasses to read things etc. I had to send a few extra documents with my app than someone not needing accommodations.
The extra things I had to send in were an "ADA Verification Letter" that says specifically what accommodations I will need. Also a "Dr.'s Verification Letter" that is specifically by my Opthalmologists stating that I am legally blind and will need these specific accommodations at the certified nursing assistant state boards exam. I have very awesome people that helped me get these right away, one being my Dr. and his staff.
I've started looking over my skills, but not too much, cuz I don't wanna over- study the things I already know. :0)
